About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Architecture and Design: Develop and implement Salesforce architectures that meet the needs of our clients and align with their business goals.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to our clients and internal teams, including setting best practices and frameworks.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Design and Delivery: Own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions from initiation to sign-off, ensuring that they meet the required standards and best practices.
  • Project Planning: Provide input and steer to project and delivery plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the client's business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally on enterprise-scale projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and E&U Cloud, as well as experience with ISV partner solutions and multi-platform environments.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, identity management, and architectural governance processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
