We are excited to be working with a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire, who are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and arranging assignments and communicating progress to all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  2. Manage project schedules and deadlines
  3. Communicate progress to team members and stakeholders
  4. Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
  5. Raise orders for materials and sub-contractors as required
  6. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working in a manufacturing setting
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  3. Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
