  • Account Management: Conduct accurate account reconciliations, utilizing your attention to detail to identify matches and potential discrepancies, and escalate unresolved matters as necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide updates to Accounts Receivable Management on all key responsibilities and emerging issues before they escalate.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Underwriters, Operations, Claims, Finance, and third-party entities.
  • Participation: Engage in regular meetings and communicate with third parties to discuss processes, aged balances, and resolve outstanding inquiries.
  • Support: Assist local and offshore Accounts Receivable teams as needed.
  • Compliance Assurance: Adhere to relevant control documents and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or finance is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Experience in debt management, financial services, or insurance is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the capability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and a strong commitment to timely delivery.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines, with a proactive and independent work ethic.
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and pension plan, annual bonus, 25 days of annual leave with the option to purchase an additional 5 days, private medical insurance, employee share purchase plan, life insurance, subsidized gym membership, and comprehensive learning and development opportunities.
  • Access to employee resource groups, networking, mentoring, and development opportunities, one day of annual charitable leave, cycle-to-work scheme, and an active sports and social committee.
