Your Role

This position plays a crucial role in developing an emerging sales channel and presents an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals to influence the role and the team. You will take ownership of the Direct Sales channel, leading a team of sales leaders, event coordinators, and brand ambassadors to identify opportunities for customer engagement and achieve acquisition goals.
Key Objectives for the Initial Period
- Develop a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Direct Sales channel, both short-term and long-term.
- Enhance Direct Sales acquisition outcomes by optimizing existing channels and launching new initiatives, from conceptualization to execution.
- Recruit and maintain a robust team of brand ambassadors across all channels.
- Guide the team in organizing high-impact events and improving the efficiency of non-event channels through data analysis and strategic planning to reduce acquisition costs.
- Oversee daily operations of the channel with support from the sales team leader and event coordinator, recognizing that many events may occur on weekends.
- Establish and nurture a strong network of brand ambassadors to drive results.
- Create visibility into metrics and establish reporting mechanisms to monitor channel performance, managing weekly meetings with senior leadership.
- Lead and mentor direct reports to help them evolve into effective leaders.
- Foster cross-team collaboration within KatKin.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales and leading cross-functional sales teams.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage diverse teams and navigate the complexities of a multifaceted sales channel.
- A customer-centric mindset, prioritizing both the end customers of KatKin and the field team.
- A problem-solving attitude, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges.
- A results-oriented, target-driven approach, with the motivation to exceed expectations and develop plans independently.
- Ability to make informed decisions autonomously, weighing relevant information and trade-offs.
- Capability to delve into details while maintaining a focus on the broader perspective.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality standards in previous roles.
- Willingness to acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Self-motivated in an unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
- A desire to contribute to shaping team culture and working methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
