We are seeking an experienced AC and refrigeration engineer to join our team as a Service and Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients across various sectors in the Northwest and Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake reactive call outs, remedial work, and planned maintenance to air conditioning and small to medium refrigeration systems.
- Work on your own or as part of a team, dependant on the requirements of each site.
- Manage your van, including ensuring stock levels of ancillary products are maintained.
- Proficiently complete reports on our app-based field management software.
- Liaise with our valued customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- A full clean UK driving license.
- An excellent general appearance and demeanour.
- The ability to manage your own workload.
- Availability for occasional out of normal hours work (paid at enhanced overtime rates).
- Smart phone literate.
- Be able to clear an enhanced DBS without any convictions.
- Full and valid F-Gas qualification at either City & Guilds or NVQ level.
- CSCS card or equivalent is an advantage but not a requirement.
