PW Construction is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Systems Specialist to join their team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and testing a variety of fire alarm systems in commercial buildings across Kent and London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive maintenance, repairs, and servicing on fire alarm systems and emergency lights.
- Fault finding and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless delivery of fire safety services.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety best practices to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fire alarm system maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
