About the Role

The Electrical Operations Manager will be the driving force behind electrical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a key role where you will oversee everything from regulatory compliance to project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact with NICEIC, managing all notifications, inspections, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with BS 7671, PAS 63100, and Building Regulations (Part P).
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Conduct site surveys, advise customers on alternative energy solutions, and handle quotations and queries.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians, conducting performance evaluations.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Implement quality control processes, conducting inspections and addressing non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting briefings and investigating incidents.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, preparing reports and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of NICEIC regulations, BS 7671, PAS 63100, and Building Regulations (Part P).

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
