Housekeeper - Full-Time, Permanent, Nine Elms (SW11)

Hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard possible, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Report any maintenance issues, including light bulbs and trip hazards, to the Assistant Operations Manager in a timely manner.
  • Participate in on-the-job staff customer care and in-house training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Operations Manager.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a cleaner in a commercial environment is desirable.
