About the Role

Pertemps Scotland is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Multi-Drop Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and packages to customers across various locations in Stirling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sorting and Collection: Start your day in the local delivery office sorting and collecting post and parcels to be delivered.
  • Customer Service: Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical Demands: The role will be physically demanding, requiring you to walk at least 8 miles per day and carry a bag that can weigh up to 16kg, delivering letters and parcels, with parcels weighing up to 20kg.
  • Driving and On-Foot Delivery: Drive and deliver parcels on foot, and push/pull a trolley during deliveries.
Key Skills
  • Valid UK Driving License: Hold a valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points (a clean license is preferred).
  • Previous Delivery Experience: Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Demonstrate strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Safe and Responsible Driving Practices: Commit to safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Working in All Weather Conditions: Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
