Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house operation, following standard operating procedures to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests.
  • Deliver performance targets against budget, manage stock, margin, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including team rota management, safety and legislative compliance checks, and other duties as required.
