Administrative Support Specialist
Position Overview
Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our temporary staffing Administrative and Clerical Bank.
Candidates should possess a solid background in administrative functions and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. While experience in scheduling and rostering is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
We are primarily looking for individuals available for full-time positions, Monday through Friday, with a preference for those who can commit to over 30 hours per week.
Given the nature of bank staffing, we aim to build a pool of qualified candidates. Once we have successfully shortlisted enough applicants to meet our operational needs, this recruitment process will conclude.
If you do not receive communication from us within four weeks, it indicates that you have not been selected for this round. This does not reflect negatively on your application, as we may have already fulfilled our staffing requirements. We encourage you to consider applying again in the future.
Please be aware that we may not always provide feedback on applications.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in administrative roles and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office. While experience in scheduling is advantageous, it is not essential.
We are looking for individuals who can predominantly cover full-time roles from Monday to Friday, with a focus on those who can exceed 30 hours per week.
About Our Organization
To process your application, we will require references covering the last three years of your employment history, or one year if you have prior experience within the NHS. Please ensure that you provide email addresses for your referees.
