lapd architects is on the lookout for a skilled Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to become a vital part of their esteemed practice, which specializes in upscale residential and commercial designs.

The successful candidate will have the chance to take charge of projects, enhance their expertise in 3D modeling, virtual reality, and Revit, while thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams effectively
  • Produce comprehensive architectural drawings utilizing Revit and AutoCAD
  • Engage with clients and resolve inquiries
  • Report directly to Directors and senior colleagues
  • Manage projects from initial concept through to final execution
  • Assume responsibility and ownership of project outcomes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in the UK
  • Registered with the Architects Registration Board (if applicable)
  • Background in high-end residential, commercial, and small-scale development projects
  • Familiarity with all RIBA stages and client engagement
  • Prior experience in project delivery is a plus

Compensation will align with RIBA pay scales.
