About the Role

We are looking for a qualified CTA or ACCA/ACA professional with strong tax compliance and advisory experience in the OMB sector to take a lead role in delivering corporate tax solutions to our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bespoke tax planning and solutions to a wide range of clients
  • Advising business owners on various tax matters
  • Manage a variety of corporate advisory matters, including disposals, acquisitions, reorganisations and share buybacks
  • Identify potential new clients and attend meetings with prospective clients
  • Network to develop business relationships with banks and solicitors and other key referrers
  • Support businesses on company restructuring
  • Review corporate tax compliance
  • Prepare and submit R&D Claims
  • Provide technical updates to colleagues
  • Work closely with other divisional heads and Partners to ensure all tax opportunities are maximised and delivered across the entire client base

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong tax compliance and advisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
