About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering technical services and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess technical aspects of land opportunities and deliver design for projects on time, to budget, and quality standards with high customer satisfaction results.
  • Manage technical fees and services costs to complete.
  • Co-ordinate delivery of surveys and reports required for development and manage associated requirements from design to completion.
  • Co-ordinate consultants to deliver civil engineering designs, including legal plans and house type working drawing packs.
  • Obtain and collate all ancillary specialist drawings, including hot water supply, heating, kitchen, stair, lintels, p.c. ground floors, and precast upper floors.
  • Co-ordinate submission of designs and secure technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38, and S278, followed by timely completion of legal agreements.
  • Co-ordinate utility designs and initial mains laying onto site, ensuring legal agreements completed in a timely manner.
