We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Development Facilitator to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a key member of our staff development team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership and management training programmes that support the growth and development of our staff.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and partners across the organisation to understand the leadership development needs of staff and stakeholders. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes that create a learning culture within the Trust, with a focus on supportive behaviours. This will involve working across all MTW sites, including Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells Hospital, as well as training venues in the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells area.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver leadership and management training programmes that meet the needs of staff and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to understand leadership development needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including managers, clinicians, and staff
- Conduct needs analysis and evaluation of training programmes to inform future development
- Support the development of a learning culture within the Trust
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma or post-graduate level qualification in adult education or relevant experience in training or adult education delivery
- Continued personal and professional development
- Experience in all aspects of the learning cycle: planning, design, delivery
- Experience of coaching or advising managers or staff
- Confident in working with software to design training materials (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
