About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our Hospital Sales team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with NHS departments, promoting our products, and driving sales growth in the East of England region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the NHS market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ward managers, project teams, and purchasing departments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our products and services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement regional sales plans.
  • Negotiate prices and discounts with customers to ensure maximum revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling into the NHS market at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT literate and proficient in CRM software.
  • Medical equipment sales experience (non-theatre) is highly desirable.
  • Clean driving license and ability to travel extensively within the region.
What We Offer
  • Basic Salary: £46,500 per annum.
  • Annual Bonus: £10,000 at 100%, £15,000 at 110% (realistic) uncapped paid quarterly.
