Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly ambitious and commercially astute Finance Manager to join our portfolio business in Harrogate. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our £10m+ turnover business.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone part-qualified to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and ambitious environment. You will work closely with our MD, commercial director, and PE investors to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business.
- Develop and implement financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Group FD to ensure alignment with group-wide financial strategies.
Requirements
- Commitment to complete CIMA / ACCA / ACA.
- Previous experience of management accounting and reporting.
- Clear commercial acumen and genuine drive / ambition.
- Proactive approach to developing reporting, adding value, and bringing insights and ideas to the table.
- Great analytical skills / Excel ability.
What We Offer
£50,000 - £55,000 + a suite of great benefits including a 15% annual bonus. Hybrid working arrangement with commutable distance from York, Harrogate, or Leeds.
