We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls, supervising a small team of staff, and working to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:- Process weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Supervise a small team of payroll staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Work with the team to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues
- Submit payroll-related documentation to HMRC and pension regulators
- Manage workload efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- At least 2 years' experience working in a payroll bureau
- Experience working with Brightpay
- Understanding of UK Payroll regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
