Wynne Consulting ltd is seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager to join our team. As a key member of our solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute testing plans for automated warehouse solutions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with our solutions team to develop test requirements and ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
  • Manage a team of Integration Test engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers to execute contractual tests and ensure timely closure of testing-related issues.
  • Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, developing test tools and processes to enhance pre- and post-sale activities.
Requirements:
  • Graduate-level education in a technical discipline (Engineering, Software, Quality Management, Compliance).
  • Proven experience in automated warehouse testing, with a strong understanding of WMS/WCS technology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and influence peers.
  • Detail-focused and quality-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
