About the Role

As a Senior IT Manager - E-Commerce & Content at Canon, you will play a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation strategy. You will be responsible for delivering complex solutions for integrated software landscapes across the e-Commerce & Content domain, including technologies such as Oracle ATG, OCC, and the integrated e2e business landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide innovative, best-fitting end-to-end process/IT solutions based on an expert understanding of both business processes and technology capabilities.
  • Lead cross-organizational process/IT change programs from concept to successful end-to-end implementation, including stakeholder management on MT level and management of external service providers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, cross-organizational, on middle and senior management level in all matters of process/IT.
  • Manage, coach, and lead a team of direct reports, less experienced colleagues (internal and external), and managing external partners on excellent solutions and delivery.
Accountabilities
  • Operational stability of the e-Commerce & Content Management domain.
  • Single point of contact towards business stakeholders in e-Commerce & Content Management for operations and project escalations.
  • Ensuring maximum efficiency of the existing team who focus on AM activities.
  • Ensuring effective resource and capacity planning across different IT initiatives.
  • Overseeing the management of operational budgets including Service Partner teams and software renewals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience in IT Delivery, including e-Commerce and/or Content Management experience managing large process/IT programs with an excellent track record.
  • Experience of managing offshore teams.
  • Extensive experience in either B2C and/or B2B customer experiences.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and sound decision-making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder & people management skills.
