Key Responsibilities:

Contract and Stakeholder Management

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with contract delivery.

Resourcing and Workforce Planning

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective resourcing and workforce planning strategies to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing workforce plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with workforce planning.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.

Workforce Intelligence and Systems

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce intelligence and systems to ensure data-driven decision making. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective business intelligence processes to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with workforce intelligence and systems.
  • Developing and implementing effective systems to support workforce planning and management.

Other Responsibilities
