Head of Performance Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance to join our leadership team at Harnham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven strategy that drives business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the data function, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.
  • Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the data infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets the needs of the business.
  • Lead the data team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making is embedded across the organization.
  • Ensure good data governance and management practices are in place, including data quality, security, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a data team and developing a data strategy.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes.
