Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our UK entity, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, and delivering the committed budget.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support our UK team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and growth, while maintaining high-quality services.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with corporate and UK policies, and identify and mitigate risks to the business.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with management, staff, and vendors, and work closely with our legal and safety departments to ensure activities remain compliant.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Degree qualified or equivalent knowledge or experience, with significant experience in the oil and gas or renewables sector.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills, with the ability to manage, develop, coach, and mentor.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering and asset integrity inspection services, including technical and logistical elements.
