Job Description

Assystem is a leading international company accelerating the energy transition worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Engineer to join our Client Engineering team, supporting key technical assurance activities.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of Onshore, Marine, or Crane systems for critical Client work packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multi-discipline engineering team to deliver top-notch solutions.
  • Support Client Project Manager in overseeing consultants and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with BIM/CAD teams to ensure designs meet project and stakeholder needs.
  • Review and accept project documentation to maintain high standards in project drawings and documentation.
  • Provide technical supervision to ensure all safety and quality standards are met during commissioning and decommissioning.
  • Deliver engineering presentations upholding Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards throughout the project.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of major engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements:
  • Qualification to degree level in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status or able to attain chartered status (demonstration of continued professional development).
  • Mechanical, Civil and Structural Engineer background preferred.
