Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a client base, securing lending, protection, and general insurance business, and identifying opportunities to generate revenue.
Duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maximizing mortgage sales potential through proactive business development and securing new clients.
- Collaborating with our estate agency team and other departments to maximize lead and income generation.
- Working closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure that cases move from application to completion in a timely fashion, delivering the best customer outcome.
- Lead sourcing from our branch network.
Skills required:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
- Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
- The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
- An entrepreneurial approach to business.
- Experience of working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
- Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
- The ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments.
- Business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
