About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Architecture and Analytics function. As the Director of Health Initiatives, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that drives business growth and improves decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build a scalable data architecture to support reporting and analytics across the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes from internal and external data sources to build a proprietary data repository.
  • Develop an enterprise-wide analytics capability comprising data engineers, analysts, and build the skills and expertise to support the organizational business growth plans.
  • Enable the organization to develop skills in creation and utilization of data visualizations and enable effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Data Architecture and Analytics with demonstrable experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in Data warehousing, Data Cleansing & Data Management concepts; Applying artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming techniques related to data queries.
  • Broad understanding of pharmaceutical business processes – R&D through to Commercialization.
  • Versed in the pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations and their applicability to business analytics.
  • University Degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field. Masters Degree or data analytics degree a plus.
