Disability Support Assistant

As a Support Worker with Alina Homecare, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Our Support Workers are the backbone of our team, providing essential care and support to enable our clients to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Accompany clients to appointments, day centres, and social activities to promote social interaction and community engagement.
- Support clients with budgeting, shopping, and meal planning to ensure a healthy and balanced diet.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental well-being and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality support. What we're looking for is your enthusiasm to learn, your compassion for others, and your ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
