**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement core strategies and tactics to support each stage of the client's journey (awareness, consideration, and decision/action), collaborating with internal and external teams to effectively communicate this.
  • Manage and monitor budgets for retained and project work for clients, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Deliver high-performing content marketing campaigns that maximize opportunities, key words, and digital engagement, both as part of Business as Usual (BaU) and targeted initiatives.
  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, Google, SEO, email marketing, and web marketing.
  • Maximize the use of content for performance: PR, digital marketing, and content marketing, identifying opportunities for re-use and tweaking.
  • Develop and deliver content that resonates with clients and target audiences, utilizing keywords, content types (video, visual, blog, article, short form, report, etc.) for optimal engagement.
  • Understand the importance of 'influencer marketing' in the wider content mix, including different collaborations and business models.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their requirements, defining goals, negotiating with influencers, mapping out contracts, and tracking results.
  • Develop and execute targeted PR campaigns to increase client reach and coverage, leveraging strategic relationships with journalists, editors, and producers.
  • Drive revenue growth through PR, content, and digital marketing, meeting/exceeding performance targets to achieve leads and the sales funnel.

**What We Offer:**
