About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust as a Clinical Facilitator for Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training on medical equipment and devices, providing specialist technical advice to the department, and acting as a point of contact for medical device company representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training plans for medical equipment and devices
- Provide technical advice and support to staff on the use of medical equipment and devices
- Act as a liaison between the department and medical device companies
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions for staff on the use of medical equipment and devices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment and devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
