Job Title: Customer Service Centre Director CS/Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Customer Service/Operations/Courier team(s) in a fantastic Central London location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and mentoring team members to develop a strong, passionate, and successful operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire London Service Centre operation (40 FTE), consisting of Customer Services/Operations/Couriers
  • Manage, support, and mentor team members to develop a strong, passionate, and successful operation
  • Review and manage operational requirements through peak periods
  • Recruit and scale team members when required
  • Deliver operational excellence through budget management, operational efficiencies, new business implementation, and existing customer retention
  • Deliver key strategic objectives while maintaining and delivering SLAs
  • Review operational stats to identify potential efficiencies and improved productivity
  • Build positive key customer relationships and proactively support Account Management team(s)

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of leading high-performing team(s) within an Operations/Logistics business (customer-focused team(s))
  • Proven success in managing and exceeding budget targets
  • Experience of developing team members through coaching
  • Fun, sociable personality
