We are pleased to present an opportunity for a knowledgeable and dedicated Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator.
In this role, you will engage with various sectors within the Criminal Justice system, including courts, probation offices, and correctional facilities, tailored to service demands. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting ATR and DRR evaluations, overseeing the prison release protocol, assisting individuals on probation, coordinating with judicial entities, and facilitating voluntary referrals from law enforcement. You may also participate in group facilitation activities. Specific duties and areas of focus within the Criminal Justice framework will be assigned based on service needs. This position necessitates exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Comprehensive Support: Interact with service users through psychosocial interventions aimed at minimizing disengagement, harm, and related criminal behavior. Holistic Care Approach: Perform screenings, assessments, recovery planning, and referrals to guarantee that each individual receives the necessary support. Community Health Focus: Strive to mitigate drug and alcohol-related harm not only for service users but also for the broader community. Inclusive Participation: Encourage involvement from caregivers, service users, and the community, ensuring that all voices are acknowledged. Advocate for Improvement: Assist service users in accessing vital partnership services. Empower Individuals: Aid in social reintegration, fostering recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.About You:
