Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tax provision, overseeing and motivating a small team, and working closely with a varied client portfolio.
About the Role- Manage the tax provision, ensuring client expectations and deadlines are being met.
- Lead client liaison, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
- Support complex tax work, including reviewing computations and providing trusted feedback.
- Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow.
- Confidently network and scope for new business opportunities, as well as identifying new service lines for the existing portfolio.
- Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
- Work closely with senior team members, providing support as needed.
- Set an example to the team as a natural leader.
