Job Overview

Invision Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading construction company to fill a Project Quantity Surveyor position on a high-profile residential development project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the live site, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage the procurement of multiple packages at various stages of the build, including reviewing programmes of works and conducting monthly progress meetings.
  • Organize pre-start meetings with subcontractors, distribute tender documentation, and analyze subcontractor tender packages.
  • Award subcontractor packages, value completed works, and negotiate payments.
  • Prepare and review Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis, and manage cost control and reporting.
