About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team in Llandudno. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of volunteers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize income generation
  • Lead and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure the shop is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Collaborate with the wider Sense team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
