About the Role:
We are collaborating with an independent residential property developer in search of a skilled Sales Consultant for an upcoming housing project.

This position is a full-time commitment, operating from Thursday to Monday, with a schedule that includes 1 in 4 weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant, you will serve as a representative for the residential property developer, ensuring that each buyer's experience is smooth and enjoyable. You will oversee the complete sales cycle, from the first interaction to post-sale customer support.

Your role will involve:

  • Negotiating property sales and providing guidance on house types and specifications.
  • Assisting clients throughout the purchasing process.
  • Meeting sales targets and ensuring timely reservations and legal completions.

Regular communication with buyers, construction teams, financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents will be essential to your success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales within the new residential construction sector.
  • Demonstrated sales proficiency and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation.
  • A valid driving license.

Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive base salary of up to £28,000, depending on experience, along with an attractive commission structure.

Please note that the working week includes weekends and bank holidays.
