Job Summary:

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecommunications, and client devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network systems, hardware, software, and peripherals across the enterprise.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize the performance of all network hardware, storage, software, telephony, cabling, and data communications connections to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Identify, analyze, diagnose, research, and resolve technical problems for individuals and groups in an efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain network security, data integrity, and file system security processes and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar position is required.

  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud hosting platform.
  • Knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of virtualization tools, such as VMWare and Microsoft HyperV.
