Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.
- Coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide high-quality, person-centered care and support that promotes dignity, privacy, safety, and independence.
- Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times.
- Ensure the smooth and effective running of the Nursing units within the home and liaise with external health professionals.
- Provide Clinical Leadership and supervision within the Service.
- Have full accountability for Infection Control implementation and audit throughout the service.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Nurse.
- Experience of supporting the elderly with rehabilitation and palliative care.
- A strong knowledge of person-centered care.
- Ability to work closely with each resident, assessing their needs, and delivering a care plan that helps each person to live a fuller life.
- IT skills - our care plans and medication system are electronic, and full training will be provided.
- An excellent salary of £22.00 per hour and an annual salary of £31,460 per annum.
- A permanent part-time role working 27.5 hours a week.
- 35 days annual leave - pro rata.
