We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as dressing, cooking, and household chores
  • Participate in hobbies and social activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Administer medication as required and complete daily care plans
  • Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
Requirements
  • No previous experience is necessary, but it is beneficial
  • A passion for making a difference in people's lives
  • The ability to adapt to challenging situations
  • A positive and caring nature
  • Energetic and understanding
  • A good sense of humour
