As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions that enable customers to unlock £30bn of value per annum from distributed energy resources.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for our KrakenFlex platform.
  • Contribute to the development of our SaaS subscription business, digitally connecting hundreds of thousands of DERs with energy markets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds to create innovative solutions that delight our customers and colleagues.
  • Work as part of a team of engineers, seeking feedback and growing your skills as a technical professional.
What We're Looking For
  • Industry experience in software development and design.
  • Proven experience in Python and a drive to get things done in a collaborative, agile development environment.
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Angular, CSS/SASS, React, Typescript, Node.JS, container technologies, and cloud providers like AWS is a plus.
