Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Case Handler to join our team at Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited. As an Assistant Case Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting our Case Handlers with various duties, including managing case files, chasing contracts and enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update case files to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Chase contracts and enquiries to ensure timely completion

• Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues

• Make outbound calls to deal with inbound queries and enquiries

• Provide general administrative support, including exchange and completion letters

• Post-completion administration, including setting up completion files

Requirements:

• Previous conveyancing administrative experience is essential

• Excellent communication skills and strong relationship-building skills are required

• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
