About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing responsive maintenance and void property works, including gas heating maintenance, for our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct electrical tests and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform reactive repairs and fault finding to resolve electrical issues promptly.
  • Undertake full domestic electrical rewiring and electrical installation projects in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Install and maintain domestic heating systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
  • Diagnose jobs thoroughly, identify necessary materials, and coordinate with other trades for project completion.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Preferred).
  • 18th Edition qualification (Desirable).
  • 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Essential).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an electrical maintenance/building environment.
