NHS National Services Scotland is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Locum Consultant Ophthalmologist with a specialization in oculoplastic surgery. This role is essential for enhancing our Ophthalmology services across the region.
The successful candidate will be integrated into a dedicated team of professionals, including 10 Consultants, an Associate Specialist, two Specialty Doctors, and five Specialty Trainees from the West of Scotland Ophthalmology Training programme.
The department is committed to providing a comprehensive Ophthalmology service, with outpatient clinics conducted at various facilities. Elective surgeries and inpatient care are primarily managed at our main hospital.
This full-time position operates on a 10 PA basis, which includes opportunities for additional clinical activities for those interested in expanding their workload. We are also open to applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements.
