About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Consultant to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Principal EIA Consultant, you will work across various sectors, including energy, transport, industrial, commercial, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage EIAs and support environmental projects with other technical teams, including Noise, Air Quality, Ground, Flood, and Ecology.
  2. Liaise with clients on EIAs, environmental issues, and highlight project risks.
  3. Manage bids and secure new projects.
  4. Support junior members of the team.
  5. Manage projects across all stages of development, from feasibility to construction, including creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and trackers.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive experience in a similar role.
  2. Understanding of UK EIA regulations and guidance.
  3. Experience in diverse range of projects, ideally infrastructure.
  4. Computer literate, including proficiency in GIS, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Ability to win projects.
  6. Full member of IEMA.
