About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team on Branston Ward at Lincoln County Hospital. As a key member of our Gynaecology Nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Support the ward team in maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to IPC standards.
  • Contribute to the development of patients' care plans, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Participate in the training and development of colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality, infection prevention, and dignity in care principles, with a commitment to upholding these values.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
