Located in a serene area, our Rehabilitation Unit specializes in Neuro and Stroke Rehabilitation, providing vital support to patients and their families during their recovery journey. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside dedicated nurses, healthcare assistants, therapists, and specialists to develop tailored care plans aimed at achieving meaningful recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Ward Manager and Modern Matron to oversee the daily operations of the unit and ensure patient safety.

- Supervise nursing and healthcare assistant staff on the ward, including delegating tasks to junior nurses.

- Partner with the Ward Manager to establish objectives for staff and monitor progress through performance reviews.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee nursing and healthcare assistant staff on the ward, ensuring effective management of performance and addressing any competency issues.

- Monitor the utilization of temporary staffing and collaborate with the Temporary Staffing Service as needed.

- Manage staff attendance and sickness levels, referring staff to the Employee Health Department when necessary.
