IPAF Trainer

Job Summary:

Path Recruitment is seeking an experienced IPAF Operator to take the next step in their career as an IPAF Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering IPAF and PASMA training to both internal and external customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and development programs to ensure statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training programs and make necessary amendments to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Collaborate with line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems
• Stay up-to-date with developments in training by attending relevant courses and reading industry journals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IPAF Operation
• Knowledge of access, platforms, lifting equipment, or specialist areas such as confined space or fall arrest
• Ability to work in a classroom-based environment, delivering training in South London
