Role Overview:
We are in search of an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to enhance our expanding Aqualytix division. This position will be primarily based in our Coventry office, with occasional travel to client sites.
Aqualytix specializes in Water Hygiene and Treatment, committed to assisting our clients in adhering to the standards set by ACOP L and HSG Parts – , HTM-. Our services cater to a diverse clientele, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, commercial properties, housing associations, and industrial sites throughout England, Scotland, and Wales, utilizing our cutting-edge compliance software and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that both internal and external Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are met. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with clients to devise tailored solutions that meet their needs and fostering strong working relationships.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Partnering with our marketing team and Business Administrators to stimulate new business growth.
- Preparing and presenting quotations.
- Achieving business objectives.
- Adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Participating in customer review meetings and overseeing account performance.
- Evaluating and managing risk effectively.
- Efficiently managing your time and resources.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Legionella Control in accordance with ACOP L, with knowledge of HSG Parts - and HTM - being advantageous.
We take pride in our service quality and are a recognized member of the Legionella Control Association. We seek individuals who share our commitment to industry-leading standards and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. A background in Risk Assessment or Plumbing would be beneficial.
As this role requires travel, a full driving license is essential.
