Nursery Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team at Wayman Education. As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience in teaching Nursery or Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse learners
