Join our Regional Civils division as a Sub-Agent , where you will oversee significant tasks that are vital to our operations and the broader community.

In your role on the South Wokingham Distributor Road initiative, you will manage a segment of the project, focusing on a specific discipline while also leading a team of
Section Engineers and Site Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sub-Agent, your duties will include:

Inspiring and managing team performance; assessing team members' competencies and providing training/coaching as necessary Evaluating Method Statements and Risk Assessments, implementing enhancements as needed Leading investigations into accidents/incidents (utilizing HFACS and Four Page Report) Conducting trend analyses and pinpointing areas for improvement based on audits and near misses Performing field audits to verify the adequacy of control documentation Developing and enforcing Permits to Work, particularly for Confined Space and Hot Works Demonstrating a strong grasp of temporary works and timelines for their execution Mentoring and guiding team members in technical specifications and setting out techniques

Ideal Candidate Profile

You should possess the following qualifications:

BSc/HND in Civil Engineering Proven track record in Civil Engineering projects Familiarity with NEC forms of contract Valid CSCS Certification Experience in Main Contracting Background in coaching Site/Section Engineers
