Supervisory Opportunity at Victoria Hospital

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our supervisory team at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a large team environment, and a strong background in the cleaning sector. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and other services, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing training and support, and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained. You will also be required to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to cover shifts and provide cover for absent colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary, generous annual leave entitlement, and the opportunity to contribute to a pension scheme. A Disclosure Scotland check is required for this post.
